 Chary360 Return Policy Overview

1. Free Returns (If Eligible)

  • Many products — especially those marked “Free Returns” — qualify for no-cost returns, with windows ranging from:

    • 15 days after delivery, or

    • Up to 90 days from the order date .

  • You’re entitled to one free return per order (up to five per month). Further returns may require shipping fees .

2. Return Steps

  1. Open a Dispute in “My Orders” → “Returns/Refunds” on my account section.

  2. Choose a reason (e.g., “I no longer want it”) and upload evidence if required.

  3. Chary360 approves, then you download and print a free return label.

  4. Ship the item back within the return window using the label.

  5. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method—usually within 10–20 business days .

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not permitted for perishable goods, hazardous materials, digital items, underwear, customized products, services, gift cards, etc. .

4. Important Considerations

  • Return shipping thresholds: Free returns apply to packages under 30 kg and 120 cm. Larger items may incur fees .

  • Keep packaging intact and include all seals to ensure full refund .

  • Excessive return abuse may result in being fined or losing free return privileges.

📌 When You’re Eligible for a Refund

You’re entitled to a refund in the following situations 

  • Cancelled order before shipment.

  • Item not received by shipping deadline.

  • Product significantly differs from description (e.g., wrong color, counterfeit, broken).

  • Defective or damaged upon arrival.


⏱ Refund Timeframes & Windows

  • Cancel before shipping: Buyers can typically cancel orders before they ship. Sellers have 72 hours to respond; if they don’t, a refund is auto-processed 

  • Disputes after delivery: Open one within 15 days after you receive the item (or after confirmed delivery deadline), or within your protection window (up to ~60 days total) 

    • Failing to open in time can close your case—automatic delivery may mark the order as delivered 


🔁 Free Returns vs. No Return Required

  • Free Returns: Some listings offer a free return & refund policy. Buyers can return items without reason within 15–90 days depending on the seller’s location. Terms like “Free Returns” appear on product pages.

  • No-Return Refunds: For damaged/non-receipt cases, you may not need to ship back — AliExpress may approve refunds based on your evidence.


💰 Refund Process & Timing

  1. Open a dispute via “My Orders” → “Open Dispute”.

  2. Seller evaluation — may request evidence (photos/videos).

  3. AliExpress intervenes if needed.

  4. Refund processing to your original payment method — typically takes 3–20 business days after approval.


🛠 Refund Methods

Refunds return to your original payment method:

  • Credit/debit card: refunded to that card.

  • PayPal/Alipay: refunded to respective accounts.

  • Chary630 wallet/coupons: credited accordingly.

Chary360 also has a “Fast Refund” option, where you may receive store credit or bonus instead of cash, depending on region and policy .

  • 🔹 Important Return & Refund Guidelines

    1. Return Address

    • Always use the return address provided on the return/refund page, not the sender’s address.

    2. Packaging

    • Carefully pack return items.

    • Do not include personal belongings—they won’t be refunded or returned.

    3. Shipping Fee Refund

    • The original shipping fee is refunded only if all items in the order are returned.

      🔹 Other Valid Return/Refund Scenarios

      1. Seller’s Breach of Promise

      • Failure to honor warranty or after-sales services.

      • Issues with logistics, such as:

        • Asking for extra shipping costs after order placement.

        • Failing to deliver via the agreed method or service.

      2. Unacceptable Seller Behavior

      • Use of abusive language or violations of shopper rights.
